Beginning as an illustrator with a primary focus on text design and effects, I eventually transitioned into a Design Lead role, where I managed a talented team of illustrators and animators. Projects with the most impact:
Collaborating with engineers to develop and scale 'Customoji'—a dynamic text sticker product which successfully boosted sticker sends by up to 30%.
Led a creative team in developing interactive Bitmoji experiences that significantly increased fashion engagement within the avatar builder, outperforming all other marketing channels.
Partnered with engineering to design and develop an internal QA interface, enabling team members to test diverse product combinations across multiple avatar models.

Illustrator & Graphic Designer (Dec. 2015 – July 2017)
Designed, illustrated, and animated promotional materials featuring the brand mascot for weekly sales advertisements and internal company announcements while strictly adhering to brand guidelines. Designed Bombardier Q-400 plane wraps for special Porter events such as Canada’s 150th birthday.
